Upper level flooring was milled from antique southern heart pine beams salvaged from a post-civil-war warehouse. It is highlighted by inlaid Australian blackwood and African rosewood divider strips. Custom woodwork includes windowsills of walnut and marble, and trim milled from walnut, cedar, and antique southern heart pine. The lower level has nine-foot ceilings, with drop ceilings highlighting transitions between rooms.A 1360 Sq-Ft six-foot wide cedar deck surrounds the house. The Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe announced today that it will start construction on a new $9 million, 35,000 -square foot facility, which will house the Jamestown Family Medical Clinic (serving the whole community) and Tribe's Health and Wellness Center. The new health facility will be built on the Olympic Medical Center's Sequim campus. Construction is expected to begin by September 8th 2006 and will take over a year to complete.
